MAKING A PURCHASE

 

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

You will receive an acknowledgement of your order from both us and PayPal.

 

All online payments are handled by PayPal.

 

If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.

 

BESPOKE SHOES

 

Our bespoke options are not available for purchase online. In this instance we will invoice you direct. It usually takes about 4 weeks to manufacture bespoke items but this will depend very much on your requirements and this will be agreed with you upon purchase.

 

TAX (VAT)

 

VAT is charged on UK transactions of shoes but not delivery.

 

SALE AND SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS

 

Items appearing as special offer, in a sale or with price reductions are not returnable.

 

DELIVERY

 

We only deliver within the UK at the moment.

 

Standard delivery - £4.50 per order

Southern and Northern Ireland - £9.50 per order

Isle of Wight - £9.50 per order

 

If delivery is needed within the next 24 hours, we charge an additional £5.50 to all locations in the UK.

 

Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days.

 

We hold stocks of every shoe in all the heel type and materials combinations listed on the website. Sometimes unexpected demand for a particular shoe can result in it being out of stock. We also try to hold stocks of every size listed but some styles and some sizes are made to order and this will take longer to despatch.

If we anticipate considerable delay to your order we will be in touch with you and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

GUARANTEE

 

All goods are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that they are suitable for your needs or performance in your specific circumstances.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We will accept all goods for exchange/return on the following conditions:

 

1. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt and if purchased on this website must be returned direct to Theatre Shoes Ltd, Unit 1a, Rivermead Road, Edmonton, London N18 3QW

 

2. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging.

 

3. Delivery charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.

 

4. Exchanges will incur no additional postage charge.

 

Note: To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper (not newspaper).
